Registrations are reviewed at the convened IBC meeting, which is usually held the third Monday of the month. For human gene transfer experiments and protocols using RG2/BSL2 or higher agents the IBC recommends that the PI or a representative attend the IBC meeting. However, the meetings are open to all investigators. Please contact Neil Bowles, Derek Hedquist or Isaac Martineau at (801) 581-6950 for information on the time and location of meetings. The meetings are also open to members of the public: requests for public participation should be addressed to Neil Bowles, Derek Hedquist and Isaac Martineau at (801) 581-6950.

Registrations received by the submission date will be reviewed in that review cycle. A pre-review will be conducted in order to try to identify elements of the registration that are missing or need editing. Revised registrations must be received no later than the Thursday prior to the convened meeting. All registration forms submitted after the due date will be reviewed during the following review cycle.
